The challenge was to launch a lifestyle magazine for 7-12 year old boys. Toxic magazine is packed with gags, laughs, games reviews, cheats, footy facts, posters and give-aways - everything that boys are mad about.

The idea was to build an ad entirely out of sound effects - noises that boys would copy, noises that would make a mark with the target audience.

The result - a 10-second TV ad which was unique and memorable because the sound effects used became currency in the playground.
