Property Developer Campbell Buchanan shows its Pride

Regional property developer Campbell Buchanan’s identity no longer reflected the offering of the company or indeed its ethos. Thump engaged in design and marketing audits as well as competitive analysis to establish an evolution of the brand, particularly it’s positioning. Working closely with the CEO (Toby Markham) the relevance of Campbell Buchanan’s commitment to its operational values, quality and inherent customer focus set the scene to develop the new brand based on “Pride” – pride in what the company does and the pride that customers experience in owning a Campbell Buchanan home.

The executions included internal and external stationery/documentation, corporate brand standards manual, new website and a corporate brochure.
