Palladia - Hudson House launch

Our client, Executive Offices Group, was not only launching a newly acquired and refurbished building, but this was also the first of a new sub-brand developed by ourselves - Palladia.

Our brief included all the event graphics and support literature, but we were also responsible for driving traffic to the event. A direct mail campaign was targeted at agents, influencers and the media. The campaign manifested as an invitation to the launch day, presented as a picture frame. The result was an attendance of 60% of the invitees, and significant press coverage in the nationals and trade press. Sales enquiries were uplifted as a direct result.
