Palladia
Palladia is a new, high quality serviced offices brand in the Executive Offices Group portfolio. The company provides prestigious serviced offices and meeting facilities throughout London and the UK.
Our brief was genuinely holistic and started with us originating the name. This process involved significant strategic consideration in relation to the brand family and market positioning; several hundred names later, we settled on Palladia. The name in part derives from an architectural style based on the work of Italian Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio, and also in tone reflects the high quality manifestation of the product offering.
Our involvement continues today, and as their full service agency we design and produce integrated activities, from corporate identity, internal communication, sales collateral, property launches and website to advertising.
Our client, Executive Offices Group, launched the new Palladia brand to coincide with a newly acquired and refurbished building, Hudson House. For Thump, media strategy and research are inherent to above-the-line strategy. We work hand in glove with our clients, and with media independents with whom we have long-established relationships. This often provides us with a competitive advantage, both financially and otherwise, as we can select the right specialist for the requirement.
The brief included all the event graphics and support literature, but we were also responsible for driving traffic to the launch event. A direct mail campaign was targeted at agents, influencers and the media. The campaign manifested as an invitation to the launch day, presented as a picture frame. The result was an attendance of 60% of the invitees, and significant press coverage in the nationals and trade press. Although not substantiated, feedback has been that awareness has been raised, and the client is certainly happy with the outcome.
