Ridgeons, one the UK’s largest independent Timber and Builders Merchants, tasked Thump with creating a unique direct mailing campaign for a specific business to business trade audience. This four-stage campaign related to insulation products for flooring, walls and roofing. Ensuring each mailing was relevant to each a product application, Thump developed an engaging Maltese Cross format mailing with a nuance to insulation (being on the inside) and built recognition over 3 months. Merchandising and PoS in store adopted core design cues of the campaign.
