As an organisation with multiple individual operations within their group, BTS engaged with Thump to undertake a re-branding, brand architecture development and website design project. Central to the success of Thump’s involvement was producing a cohesive brand strategy that was complementary to BTS Group’s diverse offering. A focus on the transparency and clarity of the organisation, as well as leveraging the value of their service was implemented through the graphic theming, tone of voice and messaging used throughout the project.
