Ridgeons, the UK’s largest independent Timber and Builders Merchants, tasked Thump with creating a unique direct mailing campaign for business to business trading. This four-stage campaign was concerned with the concept of insulation for flooring, walls and roofing. Ensuring each mailing was relevant to each applicant, Thump developed an engaging Maltese Cross format to reinforce the idea that insulation, or in this case the information about it, was on the inside.
