One thing that ThoughtWorks use to distinguish themselves from their competitors is the way they work and indeed, the people that work for them. Engaging with Thump for a recruitment drive, they requested a printed design that would resonate with people that think the way they want them to. This ‘spot the detail’ mailer was central to their recruitment campaign. Providing a summary of who Thoughtworks are, what they do, and the kind of people they are looking for, it resulted in an incredibly high response rate that exceeded all expectation.
