Roger Marlow formerly of Thoughtworks an existing client, approached Thump when he established the UK operation of this global company. 7N have a niche in the market in the way they provide human resources within the software industry, hence the positioning developed "Consultant Collective".
The website design focused on the strong people approach and deliberately avoided the typical recruitment website approach of "download your CV"
