CoolerAid - Hot, Cold and now even Warmer
Thump had first developed the CoolerAid website over five years ago. CoolerAid is a supplier of bottled water and mains fed water coolers. The company has grown to become a the third largest player in the water beverage market. New product offerings of mains boilers and coffee machines have been introduced and blossomed as a significant part of the product portfolio.
It was certainly time to refresh the website to reflect the positioning of the company and communicate its extensive product range. CoolerAid is a prolific supporter of a charity called the LifeLine Fund and has donated over £3,000,0000.
Thump creative's came up with an idea of HOT, COLD and WARM, the former relating to boilers and coolers and the latter the company's philanthropic activities. The market is highly competitive so the website is direct in its sales approach, although due to CoolerAid's pricing policy eCommerce could not be fully exploited. Competitor sites are much the same as each other so Thump created a unique site with use of video and animation software to deliver an experiential and interactive content.
