In support of the recruitment of Greene King pub managers, we designed and developed an information-based site, 'Find a Pub', to guide the recruitment process, from job specification to training.
In part, the objective is to sell-in the opportunities and Greene King as an employer. Beyond this, information relates to FAQs, and an online application process encourages response. Flash movies help build dynamic interest, and case studies demonstrate the options.
We have recently added a vacancy system for pubs to advertise for Chefs, Waiters and so forth.
