Following the branding of Palace Green Homes’ Flagship Development, Thump created separate brochures for the flats and houses respectively in the development.
Thump initially created a ‘mini-brochure’ for the flats. Thump incorporated the tagline used on the hoardings of the construction in order to create a cohesion in all areas of this project. With ‘Inviting Living Luxury’ as a key component, Thump was able to create a brochure that was unique and informative. We created an interested dynamic by using the hexagonal logo as a die cut, in order to accommodate the floor plans. This kept the brochure on-brand with a creative design.
There has been a great response to the development, with 4 reservations being made in the first week alone.
