Euroview Architectural Glass
Our client, Euroview Architectural Glass, decided to exhibit at the trade show, FIT Show. The development of the Visit Glass section made this expo the perfect platform to meet current clients, new leads and prospects, and also suppliers. This was Euroview’s first ever trade exhibition.
Thump created an integrated Marcomms strategy for the event that involved stand graphics, a brochure, social media marketing, and email marketing. We developed a positioning for the campaign: Complex Glass Solutions Made Simple. This positioning was used in all creative executions as well as guidance for the tone of voice and proposition the company.
The stand graphics were a seamless shell clad system in order to create visual impact and maximise the space available. They featured the portfolio of Euroview Architectural Glass, categorised by the Services, followed by USPs and core call to actions. The brochure with a 3 fold double sided brochure with multiple design features that clearly focused on Euroview’s USPs, services, and capabilities. Although a previous Social Media Marketing client, Euroview upscaled their activity on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn; with a clear focus to increase engagement with the FIT Show. Finally, Thump also developed an email sequence that included 4 emails to their database: an initial email, a non-open email, a follow up email, and also a thank you email that included new leads gained from FIT show.
Euroview had a very successful FIT Show, included the marketing preceding and following the trade expo. The emails received, on average, a 38.9% open rate, which is significantly better than the industry average of 18.8%. Their website had increases for many KPIs including users, new users, sessions, number of sessions per use, page view, session duration, and an improved bounce rate. Engagement on Social Media increased by 176%. Following the FIT Show, Euroview Architectural Glass were able to double 1 client’s turnover with them in 3 months vs. the 12 months of the previous year.
